Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories if applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will help resolve the issue and cover the reasonable return shipping cost when a return is required.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@imaltie.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return instructions when applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, but the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that we cannot control bank or payment provider processing times after the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or product, please contact us at support@imaltie.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative option.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@imaltie.com with your order number.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or are missing original packaging
  • Gift cards, if applicable

If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page whenever applicable.
