Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment. If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours after placing it by contacting us at support@imaltie.com.
If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@imaltie.com.
Include your order number, clear photos or a short video of the issue, and photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged. We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue and cover the reasonable return shipping cost when a return is required.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
